Youth Work Staff Team

Meet the team

Would you believe we have up to 8 youth workers at any one time working within your community supporting young people and their families, providing activities, opportunities and a safe supportive place to go? The team all have different experiences and skills which they bring.

Staff

YPAC have just recruited a new staff team which has been possible due to substantial funding awards by the Big Lottery National lottery, Manchester Youth Fund and Mission Development Fund.

The new team are a sign of how YPAC is growing not only through successful funding, but also by developing a team which can reach out to as many young people and their families as possible. Each team member brings a wealth of talent and experience which brings new energy and vitality to our work.

Andrew Seedall

Andrew Seedall

The team and organisation is led by the Project Manager, Andrew Seedall. It is Andrew’s role to realise the vision of YPAC within the community; develop and secure funding to both maintain and grow the Charity within the needs of the local area. As an experienced and qualified youth worker, Andrew first and foremost is a youth work practitioner who believes in the importance of informal education for young people within communities. Andrew has delivered youth work in Macclesfield, Liverpool, Salford and Peru. His time delivering Street Theatre to young people and former gang members in the North of Peru really gave him the drive to become a Youth Worker.
