YPAC Manchester Welcomes You

YPAC Manchester is a Youth and Play work Charity that works in the areas of Miles Platting, Collyhurst, Harpurhey and Newton Heath. It was established in November 2005 as the Local Anglican Churches’ response to the lack of facilities for young people in the area as identified through the regeneration process. YPAC became a Charity in 2010 and simultaneously was registered as a not for profit Ltd Company.

YPAC Manchester has grown through the years into a successful Charity and during its time has been supported by key organisations, such as Children in Need, The National Lottery Big Lottery Fund, Henry Smith Charity and regular statutory sector funding.  It is part of the East Manchester Youth and Play Partnership and the North Manchester Youth Partnership.

YPAC Manchester has an experienced team of Youth and Play Workers who spend their time developing the work of the project. Here’s a chance to find out some more about them!

Our Funders

Our work is not possible without external funding. As we work in areas in the top 1% of the Indices of Multiple Deprivation, we provide a free service to young people of the area, and try to bring in resources to give young people better experiences, access to provision and space to safely explore the situations they find themselves in.
