Claire is CEO of 4CT with many years working in Youth and Community Services around East Manchester

Lloyd Orr

Chair

Lloyd is a Senior Programme Manager at GMCA managing the Shared Prosperity Fund, with previous experience in managing third sector services

Hannah Brownhill

Having worked as a secondary school teacher and manager in a large youth work organisation, Hannah has experience working with young people in a variety of settings, continuing to work to improve wellbeing support for young people, particularly in education settings. 

Tracy Sparkes

Tracy Sparkes is the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Manchester Women’s Support Alliance. She has worked in the voluntary sector for over 18 years with a strong background in finance and HR management, most recently as the Head of Business at Manchester Youth Zone. She has also volunteered with MASH for 10 years.

Yolande Leroy

Following an international career in management Yolande now works as a freelance consultant in HR, recruitment and leadership development; business coach with Enterprise Nation; as well as volunteering her time mentoring young people with One Million Mentors. She lives locally and is involved in local social enterprise ventures and community groups.

YPAC Manchester has over thirty policy and procedures to ensure the Charity works effectively and professionally. These Policies are reviewed and updated every year.

Articles of Association

YPAC Manchester Ltd is a registered Limited Company not for profit and a registered charity. As a registered limited company our Articles of association sets out how we operate and our obligations.

The Certificate of Charitable Status

This document certifies YPAC’s award of charitable status according to our Charitable Objects. Every charity lists their objects which set out what the purpose of their charity is for and who they will be working with and for.

We also have a governing document which sets out how we operate as a Board of Directors. 

Annual Report

Each year we publish our financial accounts setting out what funding we have received and what we have spent on delivering our work within the community. These accounts are also published with Companies House and with the Charity Commission.

Name Change Confirmation

This confirmation of our name change is a formal document acknowledging and validating our name change to YPAC Manchester Ltd in August 2022.

Safeguarding Policy

Our safeguarding policy is a set of guidelines and procedures designed to protect and promote the welfare and safety of individuals, particularly vulnerable groups such as children, young people, and adults at risk. It outlines the responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and actions to prevent and address abuse or harm.
